Terms of service

These terms govern use of Atlas, a service of Gadoci Consulting LLC. By signing in you agree to them on your own behalf and, if you are using a company workspace, on behalf of that company.
The service
Atlas lets members of a workspace build and maintain a map of how their company operates, on a canvas and through connected AI assistants, and export that map at any time. Your company’s separate agreement with Gadoci Consulting, if any, takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Accounts and access
You may only use Atlas through an invitation from a workspace administrator or a Gadoci operator. Keep your sign-in method secure and do not share access. Administrators are responsible for who they invite and what roles they grant.
Your content
The map and everything in it remain the property of the workspace that created them. You grant us the limited right to store, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, including to the AI assistants you choose to connect. Do not add content you have no right to share, and do not put secrets, credentials, or sensitive personal data about others into the map.
Connected assistants
When you connect Claude, ChatGPT, or another client, it acts under your account with your permissions. You are responsible for what you ask it to do, and every change it makes is recorded under your name. Disconnect it from the Connect page when you no longer need it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another workspace, probe or overload the service, or use it to collect information about people without a legitimate business reason. We may suspend accounts or workspaces that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Atlas available and will announce significant changes to workspace administrators. The service is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and you can export your map before any change takes effect.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gadoci Consulting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of Atlas, and our total liability is limited to the amount your company paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
